Terms of Service

1. The service

RimFit provides AI-generated wheel and tire visualizations for shops, along with related tools for sharing renders and building quotes. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or photos of people without a lawful basis;
• Misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed from your own customers before uploading their information or vehicle photos.

4. AI-generated content & no guarantee

Renders produced by RimFit are AI-generated visualizations for illustrative purposes only. They are approximations and do not guarantee real-world fitment, clearance, exact appearance, color, sizing, or suitability of any wheel or tire for any vehicle. You and your customers should independently verify fitment and specifications before purchase or installation. RimFit is not responsible for purchasing or installation decisions made based on a render.

5. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant RimFit a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate renders). We own the RimFit software, brand, and platform.

6. Plans, fees & trials

Paid plans, pricing, and any free tier are described in the app. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the availability or acts of those providers.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RimFit and Digital Kings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Digital Kings LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms — including claims by your customers or by people appearing in uploaded photos.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Washington State will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

13. Changes & contact
